In April, the Vision Express brand opened 5 more stores. Thus, the network constantly meets the most important needs of consumers in small towns, while strengthening its position in large cities. The April opening is also a new visual concept of the salons, which makes navigation in the salons even more intuitive, and the refurbished, warm design of the salons, which is dominated by wood motifs, emphasizes the brand’s modernity and safety.

With more openings this year

All new buildings began operating in April in cities where no brand stores have been built so far. The stores opened in the first half of the month in Galeria Radomsko and Galeria Sanok. Their area is 85 m2 and 89 m2, respectively. The buildings in Sierpc (Station Shopping Center), Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Grodova Shopping Center) and Krotoszyn (Galeria Mozaika) are housed in a small shop concept dedicated to small towns. These three newly opened stores are located in an area of ​​45 m2.

Vision Express stores are already available in 132 cities and towns in Poland. Their total area is more than 27,000. m2. The brand does not intend to limit its expansion plans by announcing the opening of an exhibition hall in Olava in late May and June. It plans to expand the network by at least 15 points this year. Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Warsaw, Wejerowo and Wrzenia. The new locations are the result of Vision Express’s strategy to reach areas where there is no access to professional optical services with simultaneous expansion in large cities.

Salons with a new concept

The newly opened Vision Express stores attract attention with changes in the arrangement. The main purpose of the updated concept is improved navigation, which allows customers to more easily find interesting products and promotional offers in the given collections. In addition to the clear division of glasses into men’s, women’s, children’s and sunglasses, contact lenses, the salons get a more modern look thanks to the warm colors of wooden furniture. Optometric offices have been redesigned so that customers can see their interiors and equipment, including professional eye test devices. Glass test areas do not interfere with the patient’s comfort due to the sliding curtains used during the visit.

– We are still trying to improve our salons in terms of intuition, safety and overall aesthetics. After the first month of opening the first store, we can see that our customers like the new concept, and solutions such as glass eye examination zones will encourage consultation with optometrists, adds Katarzyna Dąbrowska.

Certificate confirming the highest level of service

The beginning of this year is also a success in the field of quality certification of the Vision Express brand. The company has received ISO 13485: 2016 certification from the International Organization for Standardization, which proves that its internal procedures guarantee legal compliance and the highest level of service for customers, suppliers and business partners throughout Poland.

The certificate also means that the stability and integrity of the services provided by Vision Express will be managed by an outside, independent entity.
