Architects have designed the buildings in such a way that in the future investors or tenants can combine them to create larger, more modular spaces.

The architects have also identified areas where they can work together or apply additional complementary functions, such as shared kitchens and laundry rooms.

Conference areas with terrace access have been designed on the top floors. This design approach allows for high functional flexibility of the projected object and possible adaptation of the space in the future.

Each of the buildings is divided into blocks with a separate and six-part section overlooking the yard. Located along Komputerova Street, the building has an additional highlighted corner that will highlight the entrance to the entire complex.

– Separated solid parts will be completed with facade cladding in different, harmonious color combinations. The rest was offered for light finishes and even window arrangements – explains architect Paulina Kalska from Kuryłowicz & Associates.

The whole assumption is a spatial game of planes and solids that interestingly emphasizes the functional assumptions and dynamic nature of the designed building complex.

Very green

In the central part of the yard there is a high green area, which plays a very important role in the perception of all investments.

This is a key point of view and an important element in creating a special microclimate designed to awaken the natural forest landscape. The rectangular plan of greenery is complemented by various types of low and surface greenery.

The whole will be dynamic with loosely distributed tall plantings such as trees and shrubs.
